About Us

            PERSONAL TRAINING


Following a fitness program that improves cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, strength and nutrition is a major factor in preventing acute and chronic diseases. More and more people are being diagnosed with diseases that could have been prevented if one had the knowledge to workout right and eat nutritious foods. This program will include all 5 components of Fitness and help you get in the shape of your life. 



When you sign up with the me, I will hold you accountable to follow the program. It's nice to know that you have someone who pays attention to your needs and provides safety. The workouts are based on different principles (FITT) and modalities that improve all components of fitness.

 

 



 



 

 

 

 

            GROUP TRAINING



​

Group training can be set up with a maximum of 5 people per group. Small group training sessions offer the benefit that they are a fraction of the cost of a private session.  Studies have shown that participants of the group are more likely to hold each other accountable which aids in motivation. A Functional Movement Screen will be performed to assess the members and design a program based on their strength and weaknesses/ limitations. The expert will guide the members in the group  to help them reach their fitness goals.

 

                       CORPORATE TRAINING



Corporate training will be performed at fitness facilities for the workplace in which a wellness program will be established. The program is structured for particular businesses  that want to engage their employees. This will aid to keep employees motivated, prevent them from getting sick and increase job satisfaction. Corporate wellness is a great aid for team building.
